Cancel Policy

Yokohama Sailing Co.では入金が確認出来次第、

​予約をお取りさせて頂いています。

全プラン以下の条件でキャンセル料を頂戴しております。

7日～4日前キャンセル：プラン料金の30％
3日～1日前キャンセル：プラン料金の50％
当日または無連絡キャンセル：プラン料金の100％

​悪天候によりキャンセルとなった場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。

セーリングプランキャンセル基準：こちらのサイト風速が8.0ｍ以上の場合

宿泊体験プランキャンセル基準：予約2日前に当日が雨予報の場合

You will be charged if you cancel our tour,

7day - 4 day before : 30% of tour fee

3day - 1 day before: 50% of tour fee

On the day of tour or no show up: 100% of tour fee

​In case we have to cancel our tour because of bad weather, you won't be charged.

Cancellation rule of sailing plan： If the wind is more 8m/s or it’s raining.

Cancellation rule of staycation plan： According to the weather forecast 2 days before , it will be raining on that booking day.
